Rental Agreement

How the agreement works

  1. Send your booking request with your dates and car type.
  2. We confirm availability, then you send your licence (front and back) and an emergency contact.
  3. We send the digital rental agreement and invoice.
  4. You sign and pay, including the $250 refundable bond, and your booking is confirmed.

Key points

The agreement covers insurance and excess, the security bond, the daily kilometre allowance, where you can drive, fuel, late returns, fines and authorised drivers. A summary is on the Terms & Conditions page.
